Join Ericsson as a Financial Analyst! The new hire will be responsible for driving the financial performance of Key Accounts in CU Korea. Key responsibilities include quarterly financial forecasting, monthly closing, annual financial planning, cash collection tracking and forecasting, sales decision and deal governance support, and ensuring compliance with accounting directives and company policies. This role works closely with Key Account Managers, Commercial, Delivery/Supply and Market Area Finance as the finance business partner for assigned accounts. The focus is to turn financial insights into actions (variance, risks & upsides, cash and WCAP) to support timely decisions and improve account performance.

- Drive adherence to financial governance
- Drive financial planning, including the forecasting process
- Influence performance improvements through actionable business analysis (variance, risks & upsides) and follow-up to action closure
- Ensure business performance during period-end closing by providing timely insights, explanations and stakeholder alignment
- Innovate and drive reporting and analytics solutions to improve efficiency, transparency and decision
What You will bring
- Education: A degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in a relevant role within Ericsson or at an external company, demonstrating the ability to perform the responsibilities of a Financial Analyst
- Strong accounting and reporting skills
- Solid financial acumen and analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial modeling and simulation skills (Power BI/SAP experience is a plus)
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to change
- High level of integrity and commitment to principles and values
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions, with a proactive and positive work attitude
- Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written)
