As our Financial Reporting Manager, you will take ownership of group financial reporting processes, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual results.


You’ll play a critical role in consolidations, audit management, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement across the finance function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll be at the centre of financial decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


This is a hybrid role, based in Alexandria with 3 days in the office.


More specifically you’ll be:


  • Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Managing group consolidations, including intercompany eliminations

  • Coordinating reporting to the parent entity within strict timelines

  • Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and group journals

  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

  • Acting as the key contact for external auditors and lead the audit process

  • Providing technical accounting guidance across the business

  • Driving process improvements, system enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives

  • Collaborating with Finance Business Partners, Tax, Treasury, and wider finance teams

We’d love to hear from a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys solving complex problems and improving processes. You’re confident working with stakeholders and bring a strong technical foundation

 

Who has:

  • CA qualification

  • 7+ years’ experience in finance/accounting roles

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
