We’re looking for Senior FP&A Analyst to step into a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Prezzee is expanding rapidly, and finance is at the centre of every big decision. This role is for someone who wants real exposure to a business scaling at speed, where commercial finance plays a critical role in shaping strategy.

This role is based in Sydney. We welcome applications from Working Holiday Visa (417) holders.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and refine financial models to support global decision-making.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting in a fast-changing business.
  • Turn financial data into insights that drive commercial decisions.
  • Standardise and improve FP&A processes to keep up with growth.
  • Work closely with teams across the business to ensure alignment.
  • Help evolve our finance systems as we scale.


What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA/CPA or CFA qualification (or working towards it).
  • 3+ years of experience in Industry and/or Professional Services—tech/fintech experience is a plus.
  • Big 4 experience highly desirable 
  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
  • A data-driven approach and commercial mindset.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and communicating insights clearly.
  • Adaptability—you’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
