We are looking for a curious, research-led and commercially minded professional to work closely with our product and strategy team to support product innovation, research and insights, and strategy development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Research, insights and strategy

  • Conduct market, competitor and client research to identify needs, trends and opportunities.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative information, including dashboard data, to find patterns, gaps and useful insights.
  • Turn research and analysis into clear narratives, strategic recommendations and practical next steps.
  • Contribute to product propositions, positioning, strategic plans and measures of success.
  • Prepare and present findings to internal teams, clients and senior stakeholders.

Product innovation and development

  • Support the development of new products, services and propositions, from early ideas through research, testing and refinement.
  • Help translate insights into product briefs, frameworks, plans and priorities.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and improve product offerings.
  • Gather and interpret client, user and team feedback, and use it to inform product improvements.
  • Contribute to pitches, proposals, presentations, workshops and other materials that communicate product value.

Management and delivery

  • Help plan and manage product workstreams, keeping priorities, milestones, owners and next steps clear.
  • Bring the right people together to progress ideas and resolve challenges.
  • Support pilots, launches and ongoing improvements, helping ensure work stays aligned with its objectives.
  • Track decisions, risks and dependencies so product initiatives continue to move forward.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Around 2–4 years’ experience in strategy, research, insights, analytics, product innovation, consulting or a related field.
  • Experience contributing directly to research, analysis or strategic recommendations, not only coordinating delivery.
  • Confidence working with dashboards, spreadsheets and data visualisation, and the judgement to interpret findings rather than simply report numbers.
  • The ability to combine data and qualitative insight into a clear, persuasive story.
  • Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in how products are positioned, developed and improved.
  • Good organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage several workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about technology, AI and emerging products or services. Direct experience in a particular product category is not essential.
  • Confidence working with clients, senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

You do not need to be a technical specialist. You do need to be curious, analytical and able to make complex information clear and useful.

If you enjoy combining research, strategy and data with the practical work of developing and improving products, we would love to hear from you.
