  • Implement best practices for project management, adopting methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Engage with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, Braze, Sitecore, Magento, Tealium) and customer data platforms (CDP), CRM, and CMS technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers, championing team excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a productive, inclusive, and collaborative environment across distributed teams in various geographies and time zones.
  • Manage project profitability, resource allocation, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
  • Support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals, statements of work, and change requests.
  • Maintain governance standards, regularly updating project documentation and compliance.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: Experience in digital project management, preferably in agency or consulting contexts, with a track record in marketing automation, CRM, and CMS implementations.
  • Technical: Experience with PM/Workflow platforms (Wrike or Monday) and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom). Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and DevOps processes is advantageous.
  • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification preferred.
  • Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, and servient leadership approaches.
  • Leadership: Strong stakeholder and team management skills, proven mentoring capability.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience with large-scale digital marketing solutions, CX technologies, and digital transformation in diverse industry sectors.
  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
