We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Integrated Producer to join our Sydney office. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-impact work across one of our biggest and most energised client accounts. You’ll take ownership of complex programmes, and elevate how we produce work across channels.

What your day-to-day might look like:

  • Leading integrated production film and TV, across digital, social, print and OOH, with clear direction and calm leadership
  • Overseeing complex, multi-workstream programmes with confidence, clarity and an eye on continuous improvement
  • Reviewing, refining and optimising production workflows, tools and processes to drive efficiency, consistency and quality
  • Providing proactive guidance on platform requirements and specifications (e.g. Meta, TikTok, DOOH, websites and emerging channels)
  • Full budget stewardship: scoping, estimating, negotiating and managing production financials
  • Building trusted, influential relationships with clients, agency partners and senior stakeholders
  • Translating strategy into sharp, actionable briefs for creative, design, motion and external production partners
  • Championing the use of innovative AI, automation and asset-generation technologies to deliver at scale
  • Setting and upholding best-in-class quality standards across every deliverable
  • Anticipating risks and solving problems early, bringing a composed, solutions-oriented mindset in a high-paced environment
  • Mentoring junior producers and contributing to the continual development of the team’s craft

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on advertising agency experience, with a strong record in integrated production
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams and guide cross-functional teams to successful delivery
  • Experience implementing or improving production workflows, systems and tools
  • A proactive, adaptable approach — confident working remotely, in-office or on client site when needed
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key client moments, shoots or workshops
  • High standards, excellent organisation, sound judgement and a positive, steady presence
