As a Supply Management Professional in the Inbound Supply Management team at Micron, you will work with a team of Supply Chain Analysts responsible for maintaining Micron's inventory supply. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure availability and continuity of supply and implement a comprehensive inventory management strategy. You will engage suppliers and partners in resolving supply shortages and identifying root cause to prevent future shortages. You will be part of a distributed team dedicated to providing on-time delivery, minimizing waste, and leading continuous improvements through effective and efficient global parts and materials inventory management, while building resilience against disruptions.

Material Management and Supply Planning 資材管理および供給計画

• Develop, monitor, and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies to effectively support manufacturing and minimize waste. This includes forecasting and material requirements planning (MRP), safety stock (SS), reorder point (ROP), lead time maintenance, and part / material obsolescence management.

• Collaborate with partners to monitor key process performance indicators through aligned metrics, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills: 応募資格およびスキル：

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• サプライチェーンマネジメント, インダストリアルエンジニアリング, または関連分野における学卒, もしくは同等の実務経験を有する方。
• Proven analytical capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to influence and advocate effectively.

• Professional procurement certificates (e.g., ISM, APICS) are an advantage.
• 調達関連の専門資格（ISM, APICS等）を保有している方は歓迎します。
• Working knowledge of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source-to-pay processes) is preferred.
• Ariba, SAP, Source-to-Payプロセス等の調達プロセスおよびシステムに関する知識を有する方は歓迎します。
• Proficiency in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools is an advantage.
