As our Front of House & Team Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming presence of our Sydney office while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From greeting guests to supporting our leadership team, you’ll combine professionalism, organisation, and people skills to make a real impact.

What you'll do:

• Welcome visitors and create a professional, friendly first impression
• Provide diary coordination and expense support to the Group Leadership Team
• Manage meeting spaces, reception, and office supplies so the workplace is always at its best
• Handle mail, couriers, and access passes
• Assist with onboarding, events, and office celebrations
• Partner with Facilities and IT to resolve issues quickly and smoothly
