Job Description

Join the team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, nestled in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role at one of our most picturesque resort locations, with a supportive team culture and great employee benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and inspire the front office team to consistently deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
  • Support daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Proven leadership experience in a front office or similar supervisory role, with strong team coordination and people management skills.
  • Solid background in hospitality, ideally within a hotel or resort environment, with a sound understanding of front office operations and guest service excellence.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a calm and professional approach, even during busy or challenging situations.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • High standard of personal presentation, aligned with the professionalism and image of our brand.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, to meet the operational needs of the resort.
