The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Software Engineer (Frontend Focus) to join a product squad and contribute from day one..

You’ll work closely with product, backend, and design to deliver UI for operational users managing freight movements in real time. You will help build scalable frontend foundations that accelerate the whole engineering team, not just individual screens..

This isn’t brochureware or content management. You will be building enterprise-grade, data-intensive applications where performance and state management are critical to global logistics networks.

What You’ll Do

• Build Crisp, Reliable Enterprise UI: Use React + TypeScript to build reliable, high-quality  interfaces that manage high-density information and complex user flows with real operational impact.
• Build tools and patterns: Contribute to and improve reusable frontend components, abstractions and frameworks that allow our fullstack engineers to contribute to the frontend effectively and autonomously.
• Shape Operational Flows: Work on data-heavy interfaces and design user experiences with real-world consequences (packages don’t wait for slow UI or broken state).
• Drive Excellence: Participate in  frontend architecture and engineering standards across the squads. Help maintain and improve performance, maintainability, and delivery confidence through robust engineering practices that scale.
• Collaborate closely: Work directly with product, design, and leadership in a low-bureaucracy environment.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ Years of Experience: Building and shipping modern, complex frontend applications.
• Data-Intensive DNA: Proven experience building complex enterprise web applications (think ERPs, trading platforms, or logistics systems) rather than content-heavy sites or CMS-driven projects.
• The "Scaffolder" Mindset: Experience building scalable, maintainable frontend architecture, CI/CD,  patterns, and frameworks that make it easy for other engineers to build high-quality features.
• Technical Mastery: Strong React, TypeScript, JavaScript and solid CSS fundamentals. Curiosity, reliability, and an eye for clean code.
• Operational Focus: Proven experience shipping production systems with complex data/state interactions, real users, and real consequences.
• Communication: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly — we’re friendly, fast-moving, and direct. 

Bonus Points For

• Experience with intricate workflows, high information volume interfaces
• Experience in building component libraries
• Contributions to open-source
• Experience with greenfield projects or scaling-stage startups
