We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Quality Assurance / Food Safety Coordinator to join our team at our Seven Hills site.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Identify and report on potential and actual food safety and quality risks that may arise during daily production
  • Perform GMP, production line audits, and other Quality audits
  • Conduct HACCP reviews, internal audits, and monitoring activities
  • Review production records and documentation to ensure positive release of finished products
  • Report any non-conformances of raw materials, packaging, and finished product
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and provide technical support to production teams
  • Reviewing CofA's and releasing raw materials
  • Managing retention samples
  • Assist in cleaning and sanitation activities


About you:

  • Experience working in the Food Manufacturing industry
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certificates (desired)
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills within team dynamics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HACCP + internal/external audit experience (desired)
  • Flexibility to work on the afternoon shift and cover day shift team members as required
  • Eligibility to work in Australia and New Zealand
