Full stack Developer (Junior)

The Role

We are looking for curious, collaborative people who are eager to teach what they already know and who jump at an opportunity to dive into new territory. Someone as enthusiastic about developing software and beating their goals as we are. Reporting to a Development Team Leader, you will join our Sydney CBD office where you’ll contribute to new and innovative ways of producing software.

About you

You are a motivated and passionate developer with experience working on projects in an agile environment, dedicated to delivering high-quality work that aligns with business goals. You have a solid understanding of object-oriented principles, SOLID practices, and design patterns that ensure code is efficient, maintainable, testable, and easy to understand. Excited to work with and learn our tech stack, you thrive in collaborative environments, innovating alongside both technical and non-technical teams. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you are comfortable contributing in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer, you will

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
• Contribute to assessing project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Ownership of all aspects of our software product: architecture, quality, user experience

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Our tech stack includes: .NET 8 containerized Web API, a React (Typescript) front-end, SignalR, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS. We use Git for source repository, and Azure DevOps to manage our CI/CD.
