Your future role within QRT
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and robustness
- Collaborate with trading, operations, and quant teams to understand requirements and rapidly deliver internal tools and dashboards
- Develop APIs, data pipelines, and microservices to integrate with trading platforms, databases, and external market data providers
- Build rich and interactive frontends using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
- Work with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications in production
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
- Ensure secure handling of financial and trade data in line with industry standards.
Your present skillset
- 5+ years of full stack development experience in a production environment
- Strong backend experience with Python, Node.js, Java, or Go
- Experience designing and working with REST APIs or GraphQL
- Proficient with modern frontend frameworks: React, Vue, or Angular
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
