The Opportunity

As a Fund Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the Fund Manager and Senior Fund Analyst to deliver on the Fund’s investment strategy. Your analytical expertise and collaborative approach will help drive portfolio performance, provide valuable insights into fund returns, and strengthen relationships across the business. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to the Fund’s ongoing success through robust financial analysis, investor reporting, and process improvement.

You will make an impact by:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Fund’s investment strategy and engaging with key investor contacts.

  • Preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual investor reports to ensure clear and accurate communication.

  • Providing analytical support for investment decisions, including financial modelling, attribution analysis, and assessment of acquisitions and capital projects.

  • Assisting in the preparation and management of annual budgets, asset planning, and conducting research to benchmark sector and asset class performance.

  • Assisting with fund compliance, ESG initiatives, and the continuous improvement of reporting and portfolio management processes.

About You

You are a motivated professional with a strong foundation in finance or property and a passion for analytical problem-solving. Your experience and skills enable you to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Along with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

  • 2 + years of relevant experience, ideally within the property or finance sectors, with advanced financial modeling and analysis skills.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrate excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Approach challenges and opportunities with resilience, professionalism, and a proactive mindset
