You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of work (such regulatory, FIRB, fund manager M&A plus fund launches) and types of funds including credit, private equity, venture capital, property and more.

 

We are looking for someone who has a passion for funds and is wanting to work hard to deliver the best quality and most innovative work for our clients.

 

Our services include:

  • Developing all documents associated with fund establishment
  • Registered scheme constitutions
  • Limited partnership agreements
  • Trust deeds and constitutions
  • Management and custodian agreements
  • Co-investment agreements
  • Regulatory advice under the Corporations Act
  • Australian Financial Services Licensing (AFSL) requirements

 

About you

You’ll have a strong desire and capacity to work on complex, high-profile transactions. You are ambitious, collaborative and committed to excellence. You will also have:

 

  • At least five years’ experience with strong exposure to investment funds and financial services regulation
  • Exceptional drafting and advisory skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • The ability to build trusted client relationships
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
