Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 11036 Quivira Rd in Overland Park, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
- Manage daily operations, including equipment operation, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high-quality customer service by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly
- Oversee inventory control, including stock management and associated paperwork
- Manage financial aspects of the business, including cash handling and accurate monetary transactions
- Coordinate and participate in product preparation and delivery processes
- Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the facility
- Analyze business performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with upper management to set and achieve business goals
- Adapt to changing business needs and implement new processes as required
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in operating various types of equipment and computer systems
- Strong math skills for inventory management and financial transactions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in using computer systems for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to read maps and navigate efficiently for delivery purposes
- Physical ability to stock ingredients, prepare products, and make deliveries
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
In addition you must operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in-cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associate paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily.
