A bit about your role
As General Manager Sales, you’ll lead nbn’s strategic engagement with our largest Retail Service Provider (RSP) and key partners, driving shared success through collaboration and commercial excellence. Reporting to the Executive General Manager Sales, this role is central to nbn’s growth and customer experience goals.
You’ll build strong senior relationships and deliver outcomes across customer experience, acquisition, retention, fibre migration, and speed tier mix. Your leadership will foster a high-performing sales culture built on trust, transparency, and continuous learning. You’ll advocate for RSPs within nbn and champion nbn’s priorities externally, ensuring alignment across teams and win-win outcomes. With a sharp commercial lens, you’ll build trust with our largest RSP, and guide your team to deliver results that matter for both organisations.
A bit about you
If this role sounds like a good match for you, it’s likely that you have significant senior sales and account management experience, with a strong track record of influencing enterprise-wide engagement, alignment and delivering commercial outcomes in business-focused environments. Strategic and partnership-focused, you communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders and lead virtual teams across complex organisations.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and approach challenges with resilience and composure. You’re known for your ability to build strong trusted relationships including having tough conversations when needed, while maintaining a solutions-oriented and empathetic approach. Your leadership inspires trust and accountability, and you’re passionate about driving positive customer and RSP experiences.
