Job DescriptionLead the repositioning of our iconic brand and drive operational excellence in this exciting new role.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to define target segments and brand positioning.
- Oversee property operations, leading onsite teams and aligning with corporate functions.
- Develop and execute programs aligned with the refreshed Elysia brand and guest profiles.
- Partner with teams to set brand standards and enhance guest experience to boost NPS.
- Revamp Food & Beverage offerings and launch the Elysia restaurant for public and patron use.
- Work with commercial teams to create annual action plans.
- Drive upselling and sundry sales strategies across retail and rooms.
- Identify and introduce high-profit market segments.
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years in a similar role, with proven success in developing and scaling wellness programs.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience overseeing wellness or property program budgets.
- Proven change management expertise, delivering timely support and guiding teams through transitions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management, inspiring and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
