Job Description

Lead the repositioning of our iconic brand and drive operational excellence in this exciting new role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to define target segments and brand positioning.
  • Oversee property operations, leading onsite teams and aligning with corporate functions.
  • Develop and execute programs aligned with the refreshed Elysia brand and guest profiles.
  • Partner with teams to set brand standards and enhance guest experience to boost NPS.
  • Revamp Food & Beverage offerings and launch the Elysia restaurant for public and patron use.
  • Work with commercial teams to create annual action plans.
  • Drive upselling and sundry sales strategies across retail and rooms.
  • Identify and introduce high-profit market segments.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years in a similar role, with proven success in developing and scaling wellness programs.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience overseeing wellness or property program budgets.
  • Proven change management expertise, delivering timely support and guiding teams through transitions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management, inspiring and motivating diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
