Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree required, Master degree preferred
Three (3) years Human Resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issues.
Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems and issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management staff, employees, and corporate personnel.
