White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide. Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

As we continue to grow and expand, we’re looking for a Gifting Suite Coordinator to join our growing team located in Rosebery.

We’re looking for someone who is fashion-forward, obsessed with social media and influencer culture, highly organised with a strong eye for detail, and passionate about delivering elevated on-site brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the White Fox Australian showroom
  • Style, refresh and curate the showroom to reflect current drops, trends and viral moments
  • Support PR moments, influencer fittings and other activations with confidence
  • Receiving, processing and maintaining accurate showroom stock, including coordinating the preparation, organisation and return of stock following showroom use
  • Organisation and upkeep of processes including the use of inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate and execute showroom appointments alongside the PR team to meet KPIs
  • Organisation of any guest needs including refreshments and food
  • Keeping the showroom exceptionally presented
  • Communicate with relevant teams across PR and influencer, events, social, warehouse and product to ensure seamless and well organised appointments
  • Assist with onsite influencer activations when needed
  • Assist with influencer seeding and outreach for general collaborations when required.

  • Naturally stylish with a strong eye for aesthetic, detail and presentation
  • Super organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience in merchandising or stock management is highly regarded
  • Proactive and able to work and communicate cross teams.
  • Confident communicator who can lead a conversation effortlessly.
  • Comfortable working across tools like Google Sheets and other digital systems.
  • Personable, have a great energy and positive attitude
  • Aware of trends, both in terms of fashion as well as social cultural moments
  • Thrives in fast paced, high energy environments
  • Comfortable working with influencers, creators and industry talent
