Why You Should Dive In:

This is your chance to join a fast-growing SaaS company at the forefront of workforce management for security businesses. As a BDR at Guardhouse, you’ll be the engine of our sales pipeline, helping drive expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. This isn’t just about hitting numbers – it’s about making an impact to the business, shaping markets, and being a critical part of our global sales journey.

We’re looking for a high-energy, curious, and resilient sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities. If you’re motivated by growth, enjoy connecting with people, and want to work closely with the founding team in a role that offers career progression, this is for you.

Primary Activities:

  • Cold Outreach: Confidently cold call and email potential clients with enthusiasm and persistence.
  • List Building: Research and maintain high-quality lead lists for targeted outreach.
  • CRM Management: Own HubSpot – keep data clean, track engagement, and ensure workflows are running smoothly.
  • Event Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities to generate leads and represent Guardhouse.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work with marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging.
  • Qualifying Leads: Hold discovery conversations to qualify prospects and book demos for Account Executives.
  • Market Insights: Track industry trends, competitors, and buyer behaviors to improve prospecting strategies.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and nurture referral or channel partner opportunities.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide weekly insights on pipeline activity, lead quality, and market feedback to leadership.

Essential Minimum Requirements:

  • Full working rights in Australia (Sydney-based, hybrid work model).
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SaaS experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills – comfortable on the phone, over email, and in person.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to master HubSpot, LinkedIn, and sales enablement tools.
  • Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and hungry to exceed KPIs.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, keen to work closely with Account Executives and leadership.
  • A growth-oriented mindset – excited about career development and future leadership opportunities.

Why Join Guardhouse?

  • Be part of a fast-scaling global SaaS business.
  • Work alongside a passionate, entrepreneurial team.
  • Gain exposure to multiple international markets.
  • Access to mentorship and growth into senior sales roles (Account Executive, Sales Manager, Global Sales Leadership).
  • Competitive salary + commission structure.
  • Opportunities to travel for events and conferences.
