The 'Global Business Process Expert Order Management' contributes to designing and implementing processes and systems related to order management (order management, stock availability, order confirmation, backorder processing, and master data). S/he serves as a specialist in order management providing process guidance and technical expertise in tangential systems like SAP SD, EWM and Logistics Execution.
Your RoleSupport the global Order-to-Fulfilment (O2F) team within the business process management organization, reporting activities to the O2F Global Business Process Owner.
Define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system capabilities. Contribute to gathering, preparing, loading data and testing those system capabilities.
Design, align, maintain and optimize business processes for order management, covering the entire lifecycle from receipt and validation to delivery. Focus on customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve loyalty and differentiate from competitors.
Document processes, develop and disseminate training content, and support audits and quality certifications.
Execute workshops to conduct fit-gap analysis on processes and system capabilities.
Document functional specifications and write user stories as input for system development.
Process functional unit tests and support user acceptance testing.
Contribute to the development of change management and training strategies.
Drive adoption vs adaption workshops, assist stakeholders with process adherence and system operations.
Define and analyze metrics / KPIs / tools to monitor process adoption and performance.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Interact with key users/business experts to share information on global processes, validate, identify gaps, and check feasibility.
Extensive professional experience in order management, including ERP systems, preferably SAP (SD, LE, MM-IM, EWM, TMS), and specific features as ATP/aATP. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is valued.
Thorough understanding and experience with order management processes and end-to-end process definition & design (M2O, O2C). Experience in SAP Signavio is a plus.
Experience in promoting and deploying changes in corporate organizations.
Proven ability in teamwork, project management, multidisciplinary team coordination, and training.
Clear thinker who can piece together functional requirements, processes, system capabilities and data flows.
