ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Global Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be a driving force in this transformation.  You’ll lead a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of curiosity, originality, and accountability.
You will be responsible for leading the Ecommerce strategic direction to deliver our online commercial growth plans through a world class customer experience, aligned to the brand strategy. As a core part of the customer team you will lead the digital customer experience, focused on bringing the Typo brand to life through a best-in-class online experience. From site UX through to content and customer journey, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects our design-led direction and delivers commercial impact.

You will be responsible for the Ecommerce team and work cross-functionally, as well as internal stakeholder partnerships to deliver innovative digital solutions with commercial impact globally.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•    Demonstrated senior leadership experience in an eCommerce environment 
•    Extensive experience establishing growth strategies, financial budgets and driving commercial outcomes
•    Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tool, financial analysis and forecasting
•    Strong project management and problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-better environment
•    Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and lead a team to drive results
•    Experience with eCommerce platforms, tools and technologies used for website merchandising and management
•    An exceptional leader who has an inspirational style of leadership and loves to develop their team
