- 8-10 years experience in HR Craft
- Proven experience delivering business impact
- Proven experience leading changes and transformations
- Experience working in a complex, global environment with changing priorities

- Industry business acumen including Atlassian
- Solid view of HR processes and improvements
- Translates business strategy to people strategy
