Job Description
Serve as mobility advisor and subject matter expert to stakeholders (HR Business Partners, TA Partners, Work and Life Partners, Rewards Partners, Line Managers), including research and analysis, in alignment with business agendas, Global Mobility policies, standards and procedures and without compromising assignee's / mover's experience. Ensure that assignment, permanent transfer or localization packages, benefits, and perquisites adheres to Mondelēz's Global Mobility policies, standards and procedures.
Advise, counsel and assist employees through the process and apply analytical, problem solving and counselling competencies. Act as central point of contact for employees at every stage of the process.
Own and manage end-to-end process of an assignment or permanent transfer in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Job Description

Key Activities:
- Evaluate request from the business and confirm that the right package has been selected depending on the context (duration of the role, career experiences to be gained by the employee, size of the business in the Host location).
- Prepares compensation recommendations in line with Mondelēz 's Compensation & Benefits' philosophy. Manage exceptions, including providing appropriate consultations and advice on any financial impact. All exceptions are to be discussed with Global Mobility Region Lead and managed in accordance to the exception process.
- Obtain the necessary internal approvals on a new assignment/permanent move.
- Conduct due diligence research and checks on immigration, tax, social security setup with external vendors to ensure correct and complete advice is provided to the business.
- Where required, consult local Payroll partners on the setup of assignment payroll to ensure adherence to local legislation, assessment and resolution of issues and address/investigate any payroll queries from employees on their assignment payments.
- Answer any queries and requests from relocating employees as well as from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the internal recharge process related to assignees' costs as well as work with Finance to ensure Global Mobility vendors' invoices get paid according to the agreed schedule.
