The EH Way

At Employment Hero, we’re proud of our unique DNA, which we call The EH Way.

  1. We are Mission First - everything we do (from what we work on, to how we allocate capital and where we focus) is driven by our Mission
  2. We are Remote First - we champion a remote environment with a preference for asynchronous communication and a high degree of autonomy

This role

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Global Partner Marketing Lead to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and executing global partner marketing strategies, programs, and processes that accelerate the growth of Employment Hero’s partner channel.

You’ll work cross-functionally with regional partner marketing leads (based in ANZ, UK and Canada), supporting them with scalable global campaigns, tools and resources to drive partner engagement and revenue. These roles have a dotted-line into you and you'll play a critical role in aligning efforts, delivering global priorities, and stepping in to support execution when required.

You’ll also work closely with the Global Head of Partnerships and partner leadership team to define and deliver our global partner marketing roadmap, ensure operational excellence, and build a world-class partner channel.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global role with a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution.

This will include

Global Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and deliver scalable global marketing strategies to support partner acquisition, engagement and enablement across all regions.
  • Define annual KPIs and performance targets for global partner marketing; monitor and report on progress monthly and quarterly, making strategic optimisations as needed.
  • Identify and act on global opportunities to improve partner marketing performance, efficiency and consistency.
  • Own global initiatives such as the development and rollout of the 2026 Partner Program, and enhancements to referral and reseller processes.
  • Monitor operational and strategic developments across the business to proactively assess potential impacts, positive or negative, on the partner channel. Ensure early visibility, alignment and risk mitigation by coordinating cross-functional communication and working to surface, solve or leverage partner-related considerations.
  • Manage all incident-related communication to the partner channel globally by ensuring the partner lens is applied in response planning, and that any outages or service issues are clearly communicated in a way that equips partners with timely support and guidance.
  • Work closely with Sales Ops, CRM and MarOps teams to ensure alignment and optimise partner-related funnels, reporting and campaign tracking.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Digital, Sales, Enablement and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies and drive global consistency.
  • Own strategic marketing relationships with key global and high-potential partners, identifying opportunities, supporting execution, and coordinating efforts between the partner marketing and wider marketing teams.
  • Ensure internal teams are equipped with the tools, templates and frameworks needed to support and scale the partner ecosystem.

Regional Enablement & Execution Support

  • Collaborate with regional Partner Marketing Managers to ensure alignment on campaign execution, regional initiatives and global strategy.
  • Provide extra hands-on support to regional teams where needed, e.g. drafting case studies, running webinars, building email campaigns, or launching regional rollouts of global tools.
  • Manage and grow our global partner community with Partner Marketing Managers, supporting the community platform content strategy, engagement initiatives and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Maintain partner enablement resources including co-marketing guidelines, website strategy, and brand compliance.
  • Own and manage partner-related website content globally, working with the web team to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with our brand narrative.
Who you are

To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing with deep experience in partner, channel or ecosystem marketing (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner programs globally or across multiple regions.
  • Ability to switch between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and align stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating partner-facing assets and internal documentation.
  • Highly organised, proactive and resourceful; you’re comfortable operating independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar tools), and community platforms.
