Rapid7 is seeking a Global Partner Marketing Specialist to work within our expanding Partner Marketing organisation. Reporting to the Global Partner Marketing Director, and working collaboratively across the sales, product, channel and marketing organisations, this new role will be pivotal in helping to deliver a great partner experience, elevate our brand, and drive revenue growth, by streamlining and scaling our partner marketing initiatives across North America, EMEA and APJ.

About the role
- Assist North America, EMEA, APJ channel marketing managers in the planning and joint execution of co-funded partner marketing plans
- Manage the end-to-end channel marketing MDF process: Deliver clear MDF guidelines , track and monitor budget allocations, requests, approvals, partner comms, execution support, proof of performance for reimbursement and performance tracking; Liaison with Finance & Marketing Analytics on raising purchase orders, tracking, ROI projections and reporting
- Assist in building presentation materials of key themes, campaigns, 'campaigns in a box' and product news for regional growth & channel stakeholders to leverage in partner meetings
- Support Cloud and MSSP partners with materials and support as needed
- Be the go-to person for partners taking part in the MDF program, acting as their main contact for MDF-related queries to provide guidance and support
- Manager the channel SWAG store: purchasing, stock control and shipment of channel giveaways and event booth graphics for partner-hosted activities.
- Share best practices (results-led) across internal channel marketing teams
- Monitor, track and analyse marketing performance from joint channel and co-funded initiatives
- Maintain alignment internally with product, sales, marketing & channel stakeholders - via interlocks, emails, slack channels and presentation delivery
What do you bring to the table
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is great, but experience counts too!
- 3+ years in B2B marketing-bonus points if you're into technology like cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud.
- Some experience with partner marketing and MDF programs would be awesome.
- You're organized, great at juggling multiple tasks, and keep things on track.
- Self-motivated and love solving problems-you get things done.
- Comfortable working under pressure and staying cool in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with great communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Google Suite, marketing tools, or CRMs (like Salesforce) is a nice-to-have.
