As the Global Partnerships Specialist, you will support the execution of TMGM's sponsorship and partnership initiatives across sports, education, entertainment, KOL collaborations and events. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help deliver impactful activations, maintain strong partner relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our global brand.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of TMGM's sponsorship and partnership initiatives across sports, education, entertainment, KOL collaborations and events.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communications and project deliverables with partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage sponsorship activation projects, including branding deliverables, promotional materials, campaign timelines and on-site event support.
  • Ensure all sponsorship obligations (branding, media placements, appearances, digital content and promotional activities) are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Content and Design teams to create and deploy sponsorship and partnership assets.
  • Support local partnership activations, brand campaigns and sponsored events across Australia.
  • Monitor sponsorship activation performance and prepare regular reports on ROI, engagement, reach and brand exposure.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of new sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with TMGM's brand and business growth.

Requirements
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, brand activation or event coordination.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with branding, marketing campaigns and sponsorship or partnership activations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or project management tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for sponsored events, activations and partner meetings.
