As the Global Partnerships Specialist, you will support the execution of TMGM's sponsorship and partnership initiatives across sports, education, and events. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help deliver impactful activations, maintain strong partner relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our global brand.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position based in Sydney. Any extension or conversion to a permanent role will be subject to future business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of TMGM’s sponsorship strategy across sports, education, and event sectors
  • Coordinate day-to-day communications and deliverables with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all sponsorship obligations (branding, media placements, appearances, etc.) are fulfilled on time and to standard
  • Monitor sponsorship activation performance and prepare regular reports on ROI, engagement, and exposure
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, content, and design teams to create and deploy sponsorship-related assets
  • Research and recommend new sponsorship opportunities aligned with TMGM’s brand and growth goals

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or event coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Familiar with branding, digital marketing, and activation strategies
  • Experience working with sponsorship tracking tools and marketing reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and project tools
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of financial markets or sports marketing is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for sponsored events, activations, or partner meetings
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
