Global Process Owner – Sales OperationsMission

The Global Process Owner (GPO) Sales Operations will be responsible for progressively developing governance and continuous improvement of process areas in the global sales operations organization. This role ensures that all relevant stakeholders are aligned on streamlined, scalable, and measurable processes. The GPO will champion process harmonization, cross-functional integration, and digital enablers to deliver measurable business value and customer impact.

While moving from local to global ways of working, this role helps design and put the global model into action. The global model will be adjusted over time, adding both regional improvements and global changes. The person in this role must understand local differences and problems, supporting the move toward shared global systems.

Responsibilities
  • Align efforts with critical digital transformation programs (current and future)

  • Identify processes that need to be harmonized and lead structured problem-solving efforts

  • Assess and validate cross-functional impacts of proposed changes (e.g., RACI models, change impact maps)

  • Partner with key roles and functions to: identify opportunities, develop efficiencies, drive change, and synchronize process evolution with scalable system deployments

  • Define and monitor performance KPIs to drive decision-making and continuous optimization

  • Act as a change agent across regions and functions to ensure adoption and standardization

  • Keep up to date with industry best practices, benchmarking, and technology trends

  • Introduce process maturity models (e.g., APQC) to guide standardization efforts

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales operations, business process management, or global transformation programs

  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional process redesigns

  • Strong knowledge of process governance, Lean/Six Sigma, and performance frameworks

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, influence, and communication skill

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment in matrixed organizations

Employees accrue fifteen days Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $161,000 - $187,000

​For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
