About the role

As a Graduate Accountant at Fordham, you’ll:

  • Participate in Fordham’s comprehensive graduate learning and development program, that includes soft and technical training, a graduate conference, and fully funded study assistance to commence CA (provided CA application requirements are met) during the first 12 months.
  • Grow your network and connect with your peers through a range of team events and activities.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional outcomes to business owners and business managers.
  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, and SMSFs.
  • Learn how to identify and help address a range of business and personal challenges clients face.
  • At the end of the program, you will continue to forge your pathway through structured career progression as a business advisor and brilliant leader at Fordham.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or commerce, and eligibility to commence CA
  • An enthusiasm for meeting new people and building great relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and inquisitive, with a flair for using your initiative
  • Motivated to work for Fordham, a specialist part of Perpetual
  • Strong research skills and a resourceful problem-solving approach
