Job Summary
As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer at ResMed, you will play an important role in supporting the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation to meet production requirements. Let’s Talk About the Role
Assist in introducing and maintaining production procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
Support process validation activities and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with Product Development teams to ensure new products are robust and manufacturable.
Help identify and implement improvements in quality and efficiency, including Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
Provide training and support for new equipment, processes, and procedures.
Contribute to resolving technical issues and ensure adherence to OH&S guidelines.
Let’s Talk About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or GMP principles.
Internship or project experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
