We are looking for a ambitious and talented Graduate Management Trainee to join our team in North Sydney. As a Graduate at swipejobs, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organisation while playing a pivotal role in driving success. You will work closely with experienced managers and cross-functional teams to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with executive leadership to deliver strategic business projects from concept to execution
  • Contribute to investment and operational planning by developing and refining internal processes
  • Facilitate workshops to support product ideation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyse business and software data to generate actionable insights
  • Review and report on financial documents, helping to identify risks and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ability to manage risks, track dependencies, and adapt to scope changes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting systems
