The Role:

We’re seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic tech team in our Graduate Program. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to high-impact projects, and develop the skills to help drive operational success across our fast-growing organisation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with our CEO, COO, Executive Director, and CTO to deliver business projects from design to completion
  • Support and guide process improvements within swipejobs operational and investment activities
  • Lead and participate in workshops to drive product innovation and continuous improvement
  • Analyse and deliver insights from data across our software and operations
  • Review and report on a variety of financial and operational documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Science, Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret reports and recommend actions
  • Knowledge of reviewing financial statements to identify risks and opportunities
  • Understanding of risk management, dependencies, and scope changes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
