Build products that help people sleep, breathe and live better.

Join Resmed in Sydney as part of the 2027 cohort of the Product Management Graduate Rotation Program. This structured two-year program includes four six-month rotations across the Product organisation, giving you exposure to different products, challenges, teams and stages of development. You will contribute to meaningful work, learn from experienced people and gradually take on greater ownership as your capabilities grow. Through rotations across areas such as masks, devices, digital, product marketing and growth, you will build the foundations to become a thoughtful, well-rounded Product Manager while helping create health technologies that improve people’s everyday lives.

What You'll Do

  • Explore  consumer and provider needs across the broader sleep health ecosystem.
  • Contribute to real product challenges with clear objectives, defined learning outcomes and an appropriate level of ownership.
  • Complete four six-month rotations across different Product environments.
  • Build knowledge across the product lifecycle, from Opportunity and Discovery through to Delivery, Release and Scale.
  • Collaborate with teams across Engineering, CX and Design, Project Management, Marketing, Analytics, Quality, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Revenue.
  • Use customer insights, evidence, business context and technical input to support product decisions.
  • Learn how Product Managers define success, assess trade-offs and improve solutions.
  • Take on greater independence and complexity as your capability develops.
  • Share learning and build relationships with other graduates in your cohort.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, design, commerce, engineering, computer science or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in product management and improving healthcare through better products and experiences.
  • Curiosity about people, their needs and the problems that matter to them.
  • The ability to break down ambiguous problems, consider different perspectives and explain your recommendations clearly.
  • Confidence working with incomplete information and asking useful questions.
  • A collaborative approach to working with people from different disciplines.
  • Clear communication that makes complex ideas easier to understand.
  • A willingness to seek feedback, reflect and adapt.
  • Readiness to test ideas, follow through and learn from the outcome.

Nice to Have

  • An interest in exploring different product environments before choosing where to specialise.
  • Curiosity about how customer needs, technology, healthcare, evidence and commercial considerations shape product decisions.

What Sets You Apart

  • Curious Thinking: Look beyond the obvious to understand what people need, why a problem matters and what the evidence shows.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: Make thoughtful progress even when every answer is not available.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Bring people with different perspectives together to achieve better outcomes.
  • Bias to Action: Get involved, test ideas and follow through on commitments.
  • Learning Agility: Seek feedback, challenge assumptions and adapt to new situations.
  • Thoughtful Communication: Make ideas accessible and adjust your approach for different audiences.

Why Join Resmed

At Resmed, your work will connect to products and experiences that can make a meaningful difference to people’s health and everyday lives. Our ambition is to improve more than 500 million lives by 2030, and our Product teams help turn that ambition into health technologies that people value.

Four rotations will give you a broader view of Product than a single entry-level role. You will contribute to work that matters, learn from experienced colleagues, build relationships across the organisation and discover where your strengths and interests come together.

You will also progress alongside a graduate cohort, creating opportunities to share learning, compare experiences and build your network from the beginning. You do not need to have worked as a Product Manager before. If you are curious about how products are built and motivated to solve meaningful healthcare problems, we would love to hear from you.
