The Opportunity:

The Graduate Project Manager will assist in coordinating project activities in line with company policies, procedures, and standards. You will be involved in day-to-day communication with clients and internal stakeholders, helping to build positive working relationships and support the successful delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to: 

  • Assist in the development of project plans and support the execution of project activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in monitoring project activities against quality, budget, and schedule requirements, escalating risks and issues as required
  • Support day-to-day communication with clients, including assisting with project updates and responses to client queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment with project objectives
  • Support compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records
  • Identify potential project issues and support continuous improvement through escalation and feedback

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Qualifications in Engineering or Project management
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organisation, and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
