We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate - Sales Support to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is an entry-level role where you will support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, help with customer communications, and assist with various sales and marketing activities. It’s a great opportunity to learn the basics of sales and marketing within a growing technology company.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
  • Help to maintain, manage and improve our CRM system to track leads, ensure workflow and improve processes
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Assist with organising events, campaigns, and customer outreach
  • Help with communications and requirements of marketing materials
  • Work with the sales team to ensure customers' needs are met
  • Assist with cold calling and establishing client relationships
  • Provide general support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Your qualifications and experience

  • Tertiary degree in IT, commerce or related subject, recent graduate or about to graduate in 1-2 months
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interest in sales of technology and business solutions
  • Ability to work well in a team and liaise with stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a technology environment would be of advantage
