The Role:

We’re seeking Graduate Software Engineers to join our high-performing tech team. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work on impactful projects, and develop your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, build, and improve the swipejobs platform
  • Write, test, and deploy high-quality, reliable software solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform performance
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share best practices
  • Explore new tools and technologies to drive innovation within the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Understanding of web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
