Graphic Designer

The graphic designer should demonstrate exceptional design skills and thrive in creating a diverse range of outputs, spanning both digital and print mediums. They should be eager to grow within the design team, taking on greater responsibilities such as understanding the business and its objectives, presenting ideas effectively, and collaborating with key stakeholders. A strong desire to learn and develop new skills, particularly in performance marketing and creative automation, is highly valued.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as design guardian for our brands ensuring colour, type and visual equities follow brand standards.
- Help to maintain an atmosphere of inspiration and collaboration.
- Build positive internal relationships, contribute to the creative department showcase and work with the team to ensure the creative department is viewed positively by the business.
- Provide fresh thinking, strong ideas and a high level of craftsmanship across all elements of design.
- Contribute to the delivery of marketing campaign roll-outs across formats and platforms.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager - Graphic Design to help conceptualise and deliver best in class content across all our products.
- Use data and analytics to drive creative decisions.
What you will bring to the role:
- A degree in graphic design or equivalent is desirable.
- 3-5 years experience of creating small concepts or big campaigns for online and offline output within an agency or in-house environment.
- Have a good understanding of the creative process from brief to production.
- Good understanding of design thinking, brand identity, colour theory, typography, composition, layout etc.
- Medium to advanced skills in Adobe CC.
