Bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling, creating standout design assets across all Australian Ethical channels. You'll collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to ensure every visual aligns with our brand identity and drives strong, memorable brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials and create graphics for social media, websites, and advertisements that align with brand identity
- Visual design of important company reports including the sustainability and annual report, in both print and digital formats
- Support internal teams on presentations that align with our brand guidelines
- Tailor visuals for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects
- Contribute ideas and collaborate with Visual Design Lead, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts that align with company goals and target audience
- Work with creative agencies to implement creative projects across various channels
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years graphic design experience, in-house experience essential
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Suite
- Demonstrated experience working with brand guidelines to deliver creative projects
- Proven experience working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate thinking to other team members
- A strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
- Relevant qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in graphic design or a related field
- Experience in Superannuation/Financial Services a bonus, but not essential
