Seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to support our growing team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role requires a self-starter who is organised, adaptable, and capable of producing high-quality visual content in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. You will work closely with the design team to bring concepts to life through polished, client-ready presentations and materials. Experience within a consulting, hospitality, or design-focused industry is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- 1 Develop visually compelling graphic design solutions aligned with client briefs and creative direction.
- Create and format presentation materials, art packages, and client-facing documents (primarily in InDesign)
- Produce digital graphics, layouts, and compositions for hospitality and residential art programs
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and internal teams to execute and refine design concepts
- Conduct research on design trends, client preferences, and project requirements to inform creative work
- Apply a strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and production schedules
- Maintain organised files, templates, and production standards across projects
Preferred (Not Required)
- Background in digital illustration or drawing
- Familiarity with abstract or contemporary art styles
- Experience working on art packages or large-scale design programs

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, layout, and presentation work
- Experience creating clean, professional, client-facing materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in hospitality, interior design, or consulting environments is a plus
- Understanding of visual storytelling and composition
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

Benefits
1 Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
