The opportunity

Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for driving excellence in reporting and operational efficiency? We’re looking for a dynamic Group Head Office Finance Manager to lead the financial control function of our Group Head Office entities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality financial reporting and insightful analytics that support business decisions. This is your opportunity to make a strategic impact in a global organisation, working alongside high-performing teams across both onshore and offshore locations.

Your new role

As the Group Head Office Finance Manager, you’ll lead a team of finance professionals to deliver end-to-end management accounting and statutory reporting processes. You will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting, and play a leading role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Control and Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance activities for Group Head Office entities, ensuring timely delivery of results and compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements.

  • Process Optimisation:  Lead initiatives to enhance systems and processes, driving efficiency and improving the quality and consistency of deliverables.

  • Reporting Excellence: Manage the preparation and delivery of quarterly and annual reporting, including management packs, board presentations, and standalone financial statements.

  • Audit & Compliance: Drive the year-end close process, coordinate with auditors, and ensure audit readiness and quality.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business (e.g. Tax, Group Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Company Secretary) and external partners to deliver outcomes that support decision-making and high quality reporting.

  • Leadership: Inspire, develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and ethical conduct.

About you:

  • Proven Experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and management accounting in a complex corporate environment.

  • Strong Technical Acumen with a deep understanding of financial systems, reporting standards, and foreign exchange exposure management.

  • Leadership Skills to inspire, guide, and develop a geographically dispersed team.

  • Stakeholder Savvy with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse functions and levels.

  • Analytical Mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

  • Resilience & Agility to navigate challenges, drive change, and deliver results under pressure.
