We're now on the lookout for our next Group Investment Director on a 12-month fixed term contract basis, commencing May 2026.

As a Group Investment Director at iProspect, you will play a leadership role across the agency, leading investment excellence and translating strategy into execution.

The Role:

  • Lead best-practice investment delivery and responses on larger and more complex client briefs

  • Lead the client relationship for investment and implementation

  • Present and articulate clearly proposals and opportunities in the marketplace

  • Own delivery against client KPIs & act as a senior investment partner to key stakeholders, translating performance into clear commercial outcomes

  • Apply strong investment judgement, negotiation expertise and commercial acumen to produce high quality outcomes

  • Collaborate with appropriate Client Leads across the agency and the Head of Investment to implement commercial products

A bit about you:

  • High competency in media investment strategies and tactics and investment leadership

  • An expert in the Australian media marketplace

  • Confident contributing to pitch development and delivering polished presentations

  • Ability to use and understand market and proprietary investment tools and systems

  • Comfortable leading key client relationships for investment and implementation

  • Exceptional relationship building skills & a confident operator with leading client communications
