Job Summary

Job Description

This role is open to applications from people living in locations across Australia and ASIA.

Responsibilities

  • Define the future roadmap for Telstra’s Enterprise connectivity across domestic and international customers.

  • Enhance Adaptive Networks through digitization and scale the product offering.

  • Lead commercial efforts to drive profitability and improve Return on Invested Capital (ROIC).

  • Optimize the legacy product portfolio, improving customer experience and economics.

  • Lead a cross-functional team of 150 in product management, engineering, and design.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships and large P&L responsibilities.

  • Drive change in matrix environments and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Deliver profitable growth through innovation in connectivity and managed network products.

  • Develop market-leading B2B product experiences.

  • Apply Agile@Scale, Human-Centered Design, Lean, and BizDevOps methodologies.

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning skills.

  • Effective communication with Executive and Board audiences.

This role also requires continuous adaptation to emerging technologies and trends. Enterprise connectivity will face increasing demands for resilience and efficiency, making it essential for the role to stay ahead in integrating these advancements. The ability to strategize and implement solutions that meet both current and future needs will be vital.

Other Skills and Expertise

  • Manage complexity and align metrics for innovation.

  • Proficient in Business Intelligence (e.g., PowerBI) and financial/budget management.

  • Strategic thinking, translating data into insights, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Hold a graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
