As a busy, dynamic Talent Acquisition team, we work hard, support each other, and learn together. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us in Sydney, where you’ll play an important role in delivering recruitment outcomes for the Beca business, while contributing to team initiatives and projects.
Each day brings variety and learning, with exposure across a wide range of technical and corporate roles. You can expect to be involved with:
Supporting end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across Australia, working closely with hiring managers to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
Contributing to a strong candidate experience through candidate screening, interview coordination, benchmarking, and managing pre-employment checks
Working closely with our New Zealand-based TA Advisors to support trans-Tasman processes and ensure consistency in delivery
Supporting a range of Talent Acquisition activities and projects, including graduate and intern recruitment, talent pipelining, and campaign activity
Far from being repetitive, the role offers strong exposure and development, with the opportunity to build your capability across a breadth of recruitment activity. You’ll be part of a wider global Beca People and Culture (P&C) team, alongside Business Partnering, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Employment Relations, Remuneration and Systems.
About you
You have a passion for recruitment, inspired by contributing to a positive experience for both candidate and hiring manager throughout the recruitment process – we are representing and championing Beca’s values, brand and reputation, internally and externally. You’ll pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple balls in the air. You’ll be up to speed on everything digital, keen to explore and learn new software and technology, and happy to share your expertise with others. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy being a team player, supporting administrative processes while contributing your ideas and support to team initiatives.
