Job Description

We are seeking a fixed-term Growth Co-ordinator to join the Lendi Group Growth team with a focus on the Aussie brand. As we embark on ambitious plans to scale the Aussie, this role will play a crucial role in driving campaigns through the line and supporting brokers in driving business growth. Working in the broker marketing team, the role has strong connections into brand, campaigns and social media and provides exposure to great breadth.  

This opportunity requires a proactive, go-get attitude, and would suit someone willing to roll up their sleeves, who is ready to learn and create a strong foundation for their future marketing career.  

The successful candidate will have a growth mindset, be organised, have strong time management skills and able to multi-task. Building lasting and positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders will be essential. The Growth team provides access to exceptional marketing talent and most importantly, a wonderful group of human beings who rally together and support each other. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketer seeking mentorship and a strong foundation for a promising career. While the role begins as a 3-month fixed-term contract, it offers a pathway to a potential permanent position.

More specifically you will;

  • Assist with the cross-functional growth / marketing team to bring to life multi-channel activities and campaigns. 
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring to life radio, billboard, social and events-driven marketing. 
  • Assist the Broker Marketing Team Lead and wider team in working with sales team leaders and Aussie brokers to develop, execute and refine marketing activities.  
  • Ensure activities are tracked to show performance and ROI, and support with actions and pivots based on outcomes.  
  • Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and sales leaders to ensure best practice Marketing is always top of mind.  
  • Assist with using data to track and quantify ROI.  
  • Support with the preparation of performance reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in proactively managing multi-faceted campaigns or projects 
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and pivoting 
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
