The Mission

We need a "Growth Architect" who views metrics as a scoreboard and user acquisition as a science. Your job is to engineer the entire customer acquisition and retention engine, deploying capital and running high-velocity experiments to scale our ecosystem with surgical precision. This is a remote, high-availability role for a data-driven operator who views the digital economy as a 24/7 landscape and is comfortable executing at the absolute frontier of Web3 growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Acquisition: Design, execute, and scale aggressive multi-channel acquisition campaigns to consistently flood the ecosystem with high-value users.

  • Performance Marketing: Oversee paid acquisition budgets with surgical efficiency, constantly optimizing ad spend, targeting vectors, and creative assets to drive down CAC.

  • Growth Experiments: Maintain a relentless, high-velocity testing cadence—running rapid experiments across landing pages, copy, hooks, and product flows to discover hidden growth levers.

  • Funnel Optimization: Deconstruct the entire user journey from first touchpoint to conversion, identifying drop-off points and implementing friction-free logic to maximize conversion rates.

  • Retention Strategy: Architect long-term retention loops and engagement strategies, ensuring acquired users remain active, loyal, and integrated into the ecosystem.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Build, maintain, and own the core growth dashboards, translating raw user data into cold, calculated strategic insights for the executive team.

The Requirements
  • The "Growth Engineer": Proven experience managing growth, performance marketing, or data-driven acquisition for a fast-moving technology or digital platform.

  • Analytical Rigor: You are completely obsessed with data. You don't make marketing moves based on "gut feeling"; you live in analytics tools and make every decision based on hard numbers and ROI.

  • Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. Digital traffic and viral trends never sleep. You must be available 7 days a week to monitor campaign performance, capitalize on traffic surges, and coordinate with a global team.

  • Web3 Literacy: You possess a solid, native understanding of the Web3 landscape. You understand decentralized communities, digital asset mechanics, and the unique conversion funnels of crypto-native users.

  • Remote Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage massive marketing budgets and complex cross-department testing pipelines without losing track of a single metric.

Operational Details
  • Location: Fully Remote.

  • Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time campaign optimizations and 24/7 market cycles).
