building a new team from scratch working closely with our President, CTO, CGO,
and COO.
Experience Required
- 5-10 years in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate
- High growth SaaS companies, ideally in cybersecurity
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and product synergies to
- Systematic Outreach: Develop tailored pitch decks, support executive
- Build vs. Buy vs. Partner: Influence how M&A, product, and partnership
- Due Diligence: Develop detailed business cases including revenue
- Deal Structuring: Develop mutually beneficial partnership agreements,
- Negotiations: Support negotiations with potential partners, securing
- Legal Documents: Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and review
- Tiger Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional resources across GTM,

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$121,350 - $173,325 - $225,300Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
