G’day, we’re Mosh & Moshy.

We’re an Australian-founded and owned digital health platform on a mission to help people achieve the best possible health outcomes through best-in-class health programs.

We know traditional healthcare isn’t always meeting the needs of modern patients, and we reckon there’s a better, more holistic way. Our programs across hair loss, sexual health, skincare, mental health and weight management are easy, accessible and completely discreet.

More than a job

There’s nothing better than knowing the work you’re doing matters and makes a genuine difference. We’re pretty lucky that, at Mosh & Moshy, this is the norm rather than the exception.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer – CRM & Automation to help us create smarter, more relevant experiences across every stage of the customer journey—from first touch and onboarding through to engagement, renewal and win-back.

Reporting to our Senior Growth Marketer – CRM, you’ll combine strong lifecycle marketing fundamentals with a genuine fluency in AI and automation. You’ll build and optimise campaigns, uncover opportunities in the data and find better, faster ways to deliver high-quality work across both Mosh and Moshy.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid CRM experience who wants to deepen their capability across lifecycle marketing, experimentation and automation in a fast-moving, purpose-led environment.

What you’ll do

As our Growth Marketer – CRM & Automation, you’ll:

  • Build, QA and deploy lifecycle journeys and automated campaigns across email and SMS
  • Create audience segments and personalised communications that improve conversion, engagement and retention
  • Write and edit engaging CRM copy across the distinct Mosh and Moshy brand voices
  • Identify and address drop-off points across the customer journey, from first touch through to subscription and renewal
  • Monitor CRM workflows and resolve delivery, data or journey-logic issues
  • Use AI tools to improve the quality and speed of copy development, personalisation, segmentation and journey design
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive CRM processes and help turn them into practical solutions
  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance, using the insights to shape tests and recommend improvements
  • Partner with Performance, Product, Data, Content and Customer Experience teams to support broader customer journeys and new launches
  • Help maintain database health, consent management, deliverability and privacy compliance
  • Contribute to an AI-first culture of experimentation, curiosity and continuous improvement

Who you are

You’ll likely bring:

  • Around 2–4 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention or a related growth marketing role
  • Hands-on experience building and optimising automated customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, renewal or win-back
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform
  • Strong copywriting instincts and a sharp eye for quality across customer communications
  • Confidence interpreting campaign and funnel data and translating it into practical recommendations
  • Working knowledge of HTML, with the ability to build or troubleshoot email templates
  • An understanding of email best practices, including deliverability, consent, responsive design and A/B testing
  • Practical experience using AI tools in your day-to-day marketing work, along with genuine curiosity about emerging tools and capabilities
  • A proactive, self-directed approach, strong attention to detail and comfort working at pace
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in improving patient outcomes across men’s and women’s healthcare

Experience with Twilio, Amplitude, Looker, Snowflake, landing-page optimisation or regulated consumer categories would be a bonus—but it isn’t essential.
