There’s nothing better than the feeling that what you’re doing actually matters. At Mosh & Moshy, our CRM team develops and executes customer communications across both our brands, spanning the full lifecycle from lead conversion through to retention, renewals and win-back to drive growth.

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Optimise conversion funnels from first touch through to subscription, identifying and addressing drop-off points with targeted CRM interventions
  • Design and execute high-impact campaigns to convert leads into paying subscribers, using behavioural triggers, segmentation, and testing strategies
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and retention metrics
  • Collaborate with the broader CRM/Content team to make sure initiatives are congruent with other communications
  • Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure CRM plays a key role in holistic customer journey optimisation
  • Analyse, forecast and report on campaign and funnel performance with clear, actionable insights to continuously improve outcomes
  • Lead CRM database growth strategies, ensuring data integrity, enrichment and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Manage the development of CRM journeys when launching new product, verticals or geographies
  • Stay current with CRM best practices, innovations, compliance, and deliverability trends to ensure strong IP reputation and campaign effectiveness
  • Leverage AI tools to improve personalisation, automate content generation, and optimise send-time, segmentation and journey logic across transactional and lifecycle communications.

Your experience

We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and commercially minded – someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and understands how CRM can drive performance.

You’ll likely bring:

  • 4+ years in a similar role with CRM platform experience
  • Experience in CRM marketing automations, maintenance and optimisation
  • Strong copywriting and email design skills
  • Strong capabilities in analytics, data interpretation and reporting to a variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practice and A/B testing
  • Understanding of responsive design and experience using email delivery tools
  • High comfort level with editing and troubleshooting HTML
  • Experience in customer journey mapping
  • Experience with Hubspot

Nice to have:

  • Proven ability in designing and optimising landing pages for improved conversion rates
  • Familiarity with product and stock management in an e-commerce setting.
