We’re searching for a Growth Marketing Manager (Performance) to take ownership of acquisition across SEO and paid media, guiding strategy while staying close to execution. You’ll mentor a talented team of three, build an experiment-led culture, and collaborate with Sales and the wider Marketing team to drive measurable growth. What you’ll be working on

• Own acquisition across SEO and paid media, delivering measurable growth and optimising for CPA while driving sustainable CAC.

• Drive a test-and-learn culture, running regular experiments to uncover new opportunities and keep ahead of market trends.

• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Marketing Operations, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and customer needs.

• Present clear insights and recommendations to senior leaders, influencing decisions and showcasing the impact of your work.

• Manage annual and monthly digital marketing budgets, ensuring the right balance between brand and performance investment.
