Squiz is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help us unlock our next stage of growth. This is a greenfield opportunity to build and shape the growth marketing function from the ground up — joining a fast-paced, ambitious marketing team in a high-growth environment.
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and curious marketer who thrives on experimentation, loves solving complex growth challenges, and is excited by the chance to make a big impact. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of global growth initiatives across the full marketing funnel — driving demand, acquisition, and activation through a blend of paid and owned media.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to design and deliver scalable growth programs that power new customer acquisition. From global campaigns and web strategy to CRO, paid media, and funnel experimentation — you’ll be at the heart of how we drive measurable, sustainable growth.

To be successful in this high-impact role, you can demonstrate:
- Multi-faceted marketing skills with depth in Growth Marketing. Operates as a "big picture" strategic thinker as well as an equally strong "doer."
- Ability to build a strategy from the ground-up - embraces ambiguity, prioritises efficiently, communicates early, and gets things done in a lean environment through lateral thinking and relationship building.
- 7+ years hands-on experience leading, budgeting and executing b2b SaaS demand creation, pipeline delivery through paid, earned and owned channels - incl. campaigns incorporating SEO, web, social, search, display, content.
- Experience owning funnel performance using experiments to optimise critical metrics.
- Strong quantitative skills to analyse and synthesise raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Deep familiarity with metrics including CAC, CPL, CPC, CPM, LTV. Adept at using core growth tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI/Tableau, SEMRush, Buffer etc.)
- Proven hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools (eg. Marketo, Intercom, Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, SugarCRM)
- Excellent communication in written and verbal formats. Ability to articulate business case for courses of action and investment with stakeholders.
- Ability to inspire, engage and maximise direct and indirect team towards outcomes.
- A process-driven yet flexible, resourceful, decisive, proactive and collaborative DNA.

What you would be doing:
Growth - global
- Conceptualize creative targeting campaigns and criteria, and execute target account and contact list generation, research automation for demand generation using Clay with APIs to source tools like Sales LI Navigator, Cognism, G2 etc.
- Design, build and optimize multi-channel digital campaign journeys across performance marketing, SEM, paid social, email and new growth channels.
- Work hand-in-glove with Snr Digital Product Mgr (web) on conversion optimization on Squiz.net and other campaign sites to increase lead generation and conversion.
- Execute A/B testing, experimentation and analysis for campaigns - incl. tactics, messaging, content, and offers—iterating rapidly to optimize and improve conversion.
- Design, automate and execute personalized seller outreach and nurture across paid media, email, web and lead outreach channels leveraging revops tools like Clay, Lemlist, Twain, Hubspot and Linkedin.
- Embark on new, disruptive growth tactics to create outsized demand and lead pipeline impact.
- Own KPIs and digital campaign performance - ROI and CAC.
- Work with regional and global Marketing teams to set and manage global paid channels and budgets.
- Provide structured weekly and monthly reports on program progress, performance, learning insights and next actions to drive ongoing improvements. Be adept at connecting the dots and creating a concise and practical narrative for performance and recommendations.
